During my deeper involvement in customer service and sales, for the first time our dealership won the "International Excelence in Market" for the 2022 Nautique Dealer Awards. Award coming form customer feedback and reviews regarding Sales and Post-sales.

As the sole individual in the region certified by Nautique and PCM Engines' "Service School," my expertise and support were sought internationally and at major events such as the Junior Waterski World Championships. In addition to providing service and maintenance, I handled accessories and audio installations. My knowledge also enabled me to advise clients on making informed decisions when purchasing or modifying their boats.

Updated and revamped the social networks and webpage to align with modern internet usage requirements, aiming to reach more clients and promote all our brands and their latest offers.
